ASSOCIATE

Roudy Abi Khalil is an Associate in the Conflict and Dispute Resolution Department.

He assists in drafting court documents, preparing hearings and cross-examinations and handles the follow-up of the cases before the competent courts and other authorities.

His areas of practice include Civil and Commercial Law with a focus on Real Estate, Labor Law and Food & Beverage.

Roudy holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Sagesse University and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.

He is fluent in Arabic, English and French.

Mohamed Saleh

Mohamed is a Senior Associate in the Conflict and Dispute Resolution Department.

Mohamed handles litigation proceedings in various fields, with a focus on civil, insurance and matrimonial matters.

Mohamed holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Lebanese University (Filière Francophone de Droit) and a Master’s Degree in International Business Law and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.

He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.

Rita Bou Fadel
SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Rita is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department.

Rita has a significant experience in company structuring and restructuring and Merger and Acquisitions, anti-trust and competitions with a focus on Telecommunications, Food and Beverage, Fin-tech, Transportation, Logistics and Start-ups sectors.

She advises on cross border complex transactions in various jurisdictions including Lebanon and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Rita holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Saint Joseph University (USJ) and an LL.M. in Business Law from USJ and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.

Rita is fluent in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.

Dana Ayyache

Rachel is a Partner at Sarkis & Associates.

Rachel has a considerable experience in corporate and commercial matters and arbitration and advises major clients in Lebanon, United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.

Her area of practice includes Banking and Finance, Transportation, Logistics and Construction.

Mira Nour Azzam

Mario Sayah is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department.

Mario has an extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Data Privacy and Capital Markets with a particular focus on Telecommunications, Fin-tech, Construction and Energy, Transportation and Logistics.

Mario advises banks and financial institutions on their corporate and security documents in various jurisdictions mainly in Lebanon and Qatar.

Rita Rahme
ASSOCIATE

Rita Rahme handles litigation proceedings in various fields at Sarkis & Associates, with a focus on criminal, civil, labor, and family law.

Prior to starting her legal career, she assisted various human rights organizations, where she advocated on behalf of abuse victims as well as crimes against humanity.

Rita continuously demonstrates her passion for international human rights and strives for equality and justice through her practice.

Rita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), Lebanon.

She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.

Elie Hanna

Elie Hanna is an Associate at Sarkis & Associates, and is involved in contract drafting across various fields, mainly in banking and finance. He has acquired extensive experience in the field of taxation and succession.

Yara Hadchiti

Hanaa Hamaoui

Hanaa Hamaoui has been with Sarkis & Associates since 2013. She started her career in law as a paralegal.

She is a member of the Conflict and Dispute Resolution Department at the firm with a primary focus on Commercial Law and Banking & Finance cases, representing multinationals in a variety of Civil disputes in Lebanon & Qatar.

Hanaa has acquired extensive knowledge in legal consulting, where she advises on different commercial and civil matters. Hanaa’s role also includes drafting and negotiating various agreements, mainly in the banking, finance and IT fields.
