Mario has gathered an extensive experience in M&A, Banking & Finance, private equity, industrial and manufacturing, data privacy, and capital markets, with a specific emphasis on telecommunication, fin-tech, construction, healthcare, energy, and transportation and logistics. He specializes in advising banks and financial institutions on corporate and security documents, he operates in various jurisdictions, notably in Lebanon and Qatar. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Saint Joseph University (USJ). Mario is a member of the Beirut Bar Association. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
