With extensive experience in cross-border transactions, Rita excels in company structuring and restructuring, as well as M&A, anti-trust, and competition law, with a special focus on telecommunications, construction, healthcare, transportation and logistics, social media and entertainment, and consumer and retail, in Qatar, Lebanon, and KSA. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and an LLM in Business Law from Saint Joseph University (USJ). Rita is a member of the Beirut Bar Association. She is fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish.
